What is the difference between Graduate Scheme and Graduate Job?

This can be a confusing one, but it can be explained fairly simply; Graduate scheme is a role with a set time, and is heavily orientated around training. Graduate schemes may only last a maximum of 3 years and they revolve around teaching you the necessary skills for a job later.

Whereas a graduate job, while it does still train you, expects you to come in with some skills and has no time boundary like a graduate scheme.
